What I'd like to see from OBE

I don't know if this would fit your company or not....
What I'd like to see is a tool kit implementing some neat ideas expanding the non-combat areas of 4E especially with a "story" focus. Thing like adding in Aspects or something similar to 4E. How to implement a "FATE point"-like economy with the existing resources or how to revamp the system to handle a single economy rather than the several in place (move healing surges, hero points, daily, encouter, and at will powers under on system). Utilizing skills to create declarations, add Aspects to scenes or NPC/monsters, etc. Advise on breaking down the skills and feats in the way you laid out FATE (how to use them well and how to expand or create your own). Expanding and creating new avenues with skill challenges. New ways to set up and use skill challenges. Ways to rotate GM responsibilities through the group with in a session and between sessions. If you leave a trad GM in place how do you spread the authority and duties out further. How could you run a combat through skill challenges or some other methods to streamline non-critical fights.
There are probably other ideas. I may replicate the thread in SG and/or RPG.net if there is an interest.

Hey,
This is easy to do. Play FATE instead of 4E.
Seriously, instead of taking 4E and adding a lot of FATE stuff into it, you would have an easier time of you started with FATE and added what you like from 4E.

I play FATE all the time at home but its hard to find others to give it a try. I have wanted to 'corrupt' some locals and a handy 'official guide' might help.
To be honest there is not a lot I do like in 4E...but I like to game. Given the option of no game or 4E I'll barely take 4E. If I could get the non-combat stuff to be more interesting I'd be more interested in running it and maybe I could introduce these concepts to a wider audience.
